- 2 grams Kanten powder
- 500 ml Milk
- 80 grams Sugar
- 5 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Directions

1Add water and powdered kanten in a pot, and dissolve.

2Add milk and sugar, and warm while mixing.

3Pour into molds, and chill in the fridge to harden.

4Syrup: Mix the water and sugar, then microwave or warm in a pot until the sugar has dissolved.
