  • 2 ounces aged Rhum agricole
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Cane Syrup or Rich Simple Syrup
  • 11 mint leaves
  • 2 ounces chilled club soda

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients except the club soda and 1 mint leaf; shake well.

    Pour through a fine strainer into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the remaining mint leaf.
