- 6 oz. ahi, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 4 plum tomatoes, diced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. basil, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed
Directions

1Saute ahi in olive oil and onions for 2 to 3 minutes until fish is medium rare.

2Add tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

4Add basil and oregano.

5Stir and serve over cooked pasta.

6Garnish with capers. Serves two.
