  • 8-10 garlic cloves
  • 2 egg yolks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup oil, half peanut and half olive
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

    Puree garlic in processor. Whisk eggs until smooth. Add together with mustard and lemon juice. Season to taste. Process to smooth paste. Slowly pour oil into processor, processing continually. Continue blending until thick, shiny, firm sauce.
