Ingredients
- 6 x Large eggs Salt to taste
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 med Onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee (or possibly butter, if you do not have ghee)
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1/2 x Inch fresh ginger
- 4 x Green chillies
- 1 bn (small) coriander, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 sm Tomatoes, minced
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Directions

1Break Large eggs in bowl, add in salt and lowfat milk, mix lightly.

2Grind garlic and ginger together in a paste.

3In a frying pan, fry onions in ghee till golden.

4Add in ginger-garlic paste, fry for a couple of min, add in tomatoes, cumin seeds, chillies, coriander, turmeric.

5Cook for about five min, till all ingredients are well mixed.

6Remove from fire and allow to cold.

7Add in the egg mix, stir over medium heat till akuri resembles scrambled Large eggs.
