  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Hot cooked fettuccine

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.

    Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.

    Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until just heated through.

    Toss with hot cooked fettuccine.

    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

    Serve immediately.

    Makes 2 cups sauce or enough to toss with 1/2 pound fettuccine, cooked.
