  • 10 1/2 oz. real butter
  • 10 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 half-pt. containers whipping cream

Directions

    Melt butter, add cheese and pepper.

    Stir in whipping cream in double boiler.

    Remove from heat; whip for about 3 minutes. Portion out in servings of 5 ounces each.

    Unused portions may be frozen for future use.
