  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice with saffron
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (2.5 oz.) jar pimentos
  • small bell pepper, chopped
  • small bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook rice according to directions.

    Add corn and mushroom soup.

    Saute pimento, onions and peppers.

    Add to corn mixture. Put in casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
