Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice with saffron
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 (2.5 oz.) jar pimentos
- small bell pepper, chopped
- small bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Add corn and mushroom soup.

3Saute pimento, onions and peppers.

4Add to corn mixture. Put in casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.

5Bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
