  • 1 large egg
  • 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • 175 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Place egg & garlic in blender & whizz until garlic is smooth.

    Lower the speed & add the olive oil in a slow stream, with the motor still going until the oil has emulsified & thickened.

    Add lemon juice & salt.
