  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup (dark)
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Beat eggs and rest of ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce oven temperature to 325° and bake until done (20 to 25 minutes).
