- 2 yeast cakes
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. All-Bran cereal
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 6 c. unsifted flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast cake in warm water.

2Pour boiling water over All-Bran.

3Add oil, sugar and salt.

4Let set long enough to cool. Add yeast, eggs and 3 cups flour and beat well.

5Add 3 more cups flour, or enough to mix.

6Knead dough; let rise 1 1/2 hours or until doubled.

7Knead dough.

8Shape into 3 loaves and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
