- 1 lb. lean beef stew meat
- 4 carrots, cut in chunks
- 2 onions, cut in chunks
- 2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
- 1 can (15 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 c. Minute Tapioca (important)
- Dash of Thyme & Oregano
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp. instant coffee, heaping
- 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp. instant)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2Dump all ingredients into large oven proof pan.

3Cover.

4Cook in 250 degree oven 7 hours or 300 degree oven for 5 hours.

5Stir a couple times during cooking if you get the chance.
