  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 can Fruit Salad (10 Oz)

  • Cream Sauce:
  • 2/3 cups Concentrated Milk (Carnation)
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Sweet Butter

Directions

    Prepare a baking pan and heat the oven at 350F.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients, incorporate the egg and add the fruit salad with the juice. Do not overmix, but remove any lumps.

    Bake for one hour.

    While cake is baking, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan on low, heat sauce ingredients for 10 minutes. The sauce will darken.
