- 6 or 8 thick lean chops
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. chicken granules and salt to taste
- 1 small diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can Campbell's chicken and rice soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Dredge chops in flour, granules and dry mustard.

2Brown in oil in a large skillet.

3Place the browned chops in a crock-pot.

4Add undiluted chicken and rice soup and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Don't forget to add the diced onion.

5Salt and chicken granules may be omitted if so desired.
