All Day Pork Chops

  • 6 or 8 thick lean chops
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. chicken granules and salt to taste
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can Campbell's chicken and rice soup (undiluted)

Directions

    Dredge chops in flour, granules and dry mustard.

    Brown in oil in a large skillet.
  3. 3
    Place the browned chops in a crock-pot.
  4. 4
    Add undiluted chicken and rice soup and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Don't forget to add the diced onion.

    Salt and chicken granules may be omitted if so desired.
