- 115 gm Streaky bacon
- 200 gm Lean pork or possibly chicken
- 50 gm Chicken livers
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 3 1/2 ounce White bread crumbs Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 fl ounce Cider Brandy to taste, (optional)
Directions

1Mince the meats, garlic and parsley in a mincer.

2Add in the bread crumbs and season to taste.

3Pour in the cider and brandy and mix well.

4You can add in many different ingredients to the stuffing to vary it and make it more interesting.
