Ingredients

  • 115 gm Streaky bacon
  • 200 gm Lean pork or possibly chicken
  • 50 gm Chicken livers
  • 1 x Clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 3 1/2 ounce White bread crumbs Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 fl ounce Cider Brandy to taste, (optional)

Directions

    Mince the meats, garlic and parsley in a mincer.

    Add in the bread crumbs and season to taste.
  3. 3
    Pour in the cider and brandy and mix well.
  4. 4
    You can add in many different ingredients to the stuffing to vary it and make it more interesting.
