  • 2 sticks Blue Bonnet
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 c. White Lily flour
  • 6 Tbsp. Carnation milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut

    Cream margarine and Crisco for 10 minutes.

    Add sugar and cream.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Add flour alternately with milk. Add flavoring.

    Fold in nuts and coconut.

    Bake in large tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
