  • 3 to 4 green onions
  • 2 to 3 small chili peppers to taste
  • 15 to 20 cherry tomatoes, stemmed and washed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • lemon pepper and salt to taste
