- 2 cups almonds
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 12 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 12 liter cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs with 2 cups sugar until white.

2Wash almonds, dry them and grind in the mincer.

3Mix almond mass in eggs and whisk 10-20 minutes.

4Grease two cake pans with butter and sprinkle them with the bread crumbs.

5Bake in 375 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes.

6Pour cream into a pan, add 1 cup sugar and the vanilla.

7Boil on low heat stirring regularly until dense and light brown.

8Cool down and whip.

9Place one of the cakes on a dish, spread cream on it.

10Cover with the other cake and spread the rest of cream.

11Decorate with chopped almonds.
