  • 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pears
  • 1 (6 oz.) can cherries
  • 1/2 c. roasted almonds
  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder

    All fruits must be well drained.

    Place drained fruits in layers in a baking dish; sprinkle with almonds.

    Combine melted margarine, brown sugar and curry powder, mixing well; pour this mixture over fruit and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
