  • 7 c. oats
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. whole almonds
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. hot water

Directions

    Stir dry ingredients together in large bowl.

    Mix liquid ingredients and pour over dry mixture.

    Bake on cookie sheet about 1 hour at 250° to 300° until dry and toasted lightly.
