- 3 eggs
- 12 cup yogurt
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 ounces cooked ham, sliced diced very fine
- 2 ounces pine nuts, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Combine the eggs and yogurt in a bowl.

3Mix in the two flours and baking powder.

4Add the spices, chopped ham and nuts.

5Mix well and pour into a buttered or sprayed loaf pan.

6Bake for 45 minutes.

7Allow the loaf to cool and serve cut into cubes.
