  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cup yogurt
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 12 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 ounces cooked ham, sliced diced very fine
  • 2 ounces pine nuts, chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine the eggs and yogurt in a bowl.

    Mix in the two flours and baking powder.

    Add the spices, chopped ham and nuts.

    Mix well and pour into a buttered or sprayed loaf pan.

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    Allow the loaf to cool and serve cut into cubes.
