- 1 c. Fleischmann's regular or sweet unsalted margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. blanched almonds, ground
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Cream the margarine and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.

2Mix in almonds, vanilla, lemon and almond extracts until well blended.

3Stir in flour until well mixed. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.

4Bake at 325° until very lightly browned, about 18 minutes. Remove from sheets and cool on wire racks.

5Makes 4 dozen.
