Almond Nut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Fleischmann's regular or sweet unsalted margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. blanched almonds, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    Cream the margarine and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.

    Mix in almonds, vanilla, lemon and almond extracts until well blended.

    Stir in flour until well mixed. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake at 325° until very lightly browned, about 18 minutes. Remove from sheets and cool on wire racks.

    Makes 4 dozen.
