  • 1 c. almonds, ground very fine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or quick oats
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. water

    Blend bread crumbs in blender and mix dry ingredients well. Blend water, oil and celery in blender and add to dry ingredients. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes and fry.
