- 2/3 c. blanched almonds, finely ground
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1In large skillet, combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar; heat, stirring,

2over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is mushy.

3Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on greased and floured cookie sheets.

4Bake 1 sheet at a time in 350° oven for 5 or 6 minutes, until golden brown; then remove, one at a time, from cookie sheet.

5Quickly roll up around handle of a wooden spoon and cool.

6To serve, dust with sifted confectioners sugar and fill with whipped cream from a pastry tube.
