  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly

    Add butter, vinegar, sugar, water and salt.

    Cook for 1hour on low heat.

    Add jelly and cook for 20 minutes longer.
