- 1/2 c. butter
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice.

2Add almonds and parsley and cook until the almonds are golden.

3Do not allow the butter to brown.

4Season to taste with salt and pepper.
