- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 None large egg white
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 4 baking trays with parchment paper.

2In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, egg white, butter and vanilla. Mix until smooth then fold in almonds. Place teaspoons of mixture along edge of prepared trays about 1 1/4 inches apart. Using a small spatula, spread each spoonful into 4 inch lengths. Bake 2 trays at a time for 3-5 mins, until edges are golden brown. Drape over a rolling pin and let cool to form rolled shapes.
