  • 3 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 4 1/2 c. slightly steamed broccoli
  • 4 c. quick mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Sesame Almond Topping

Directions

    Steam broccoli lightly until crisp.

    Combine all ingredients except broccoli.

    Put into oiled 8-inch square baking dish.

    Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.

    Remove from oven and cover with Sesame Almond Topping.
