Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups white flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Directions

1Combine ingredients in order given in breadmaker pail.

2Set for dough setting (2 hours).

3When done, remove from pail to a floured surface.

4Punch down.

5Grease 2 regular loaf pans.

6Divide dough into 2 equal parts.

7Roll into loaf size and shape.

8Place in greased pans.

9Cover with a cloth, and let rise 35 minutes, or until doubled in size, in a warm place.

10Preheat oven to 350F.

11Make 2 diagonal slashes on the top of each loaf.

12Place bread in centre of oven.

13Bake 30 minutes.

14Remove to cooling rack, and turn out of pans to cool.
