- 2 cans Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas)
- 3 cloves Garlic (to Taste, I Really Really Like Garlic)
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice To Taste
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to Desired Texture)
- 3 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper, Or To Taste
- 2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To Taste
Directions

1Liberate garlic cloves from their papery skins, drop in a blender or food processor.

2Open up cans of garbanzo beans (not to be confused with cans of whoop-ass), rinse beans in a strainer, drop in a blender or food processor.

3Add lemon juice go cautiously!

4You can always add more, but you really cant take away.

5Add spices see above cautionary statement.

6Turn on your blender or food processor.

7While its whirring, drizzle in olive oil till you get the consistency you desire.

8Serve cold or room temp with chips, crackers, veggies, whatevs.
