  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 34 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 12 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 12 cup of your favorite jam

    Preheat oven to 350F

    Mix all of the above ingredients except the jam into a crumbled texture.

    Divide in two portions.

    Pat half into an 8 x 8 pan.

    Top with your choice of jam or jelly.

    Crumble the remaining dough over jam evenly.

    Bake for about 30 - 35 minutes until light brown.

    Cool completely and cut into squares.
