- 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 kiwi
Directions

1Combine crumbs and margarine; press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

2Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

3Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.

4Stir in nuts; pour over crust.

5Return to oven and bake for 45 minutes.

6Loosen cake; cool before removing.

7Chill in refrigerator.

8Drain pineapple and add kiwi; arrange decoratively on top of cake.
