- 1 whole pineapple
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- coconut macaroon cookies, crumbled (if small cookies, use 12; large use 4)
Directions

1Cut one side off pineapple and make a boat; leave leaves on top.

2Saw small place off on bottom of boat to flatten so it will set without rocking on a tray.

3Mix sour cream, brown sugar and cookies.

4Do not stir again; this is very important.

5Place pineapple on tray; surround with pieces of fresh fruit (melons, strawberries, grapes bananas, etc.).

6Add macaroon mixture into pineapple boat.

7Serve toothpicks to dip fruit pieces into boat.
