  • Brinkman or possibly similar smoker Charcoal pan 1/2 full Water pan 1/2 full
  • 3 x center-cut ham steaks, about 1 lb each
  • 1 c. pineapple slices in juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard grnd cloves

Directions

    Drain pineapple, saving juice.

    Combine juice with other ingredients.

    Brush top of ham steaks with 1/2 juice mix.

    Top steaks with pineapple slices and brush on remaining juice mix.

    Cook about 2 hrs.
