Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cauliflower, cut into med.-sized flowerettes
  • 3 lg. potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • 1 tsp. haldi
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. ghee
  • Green chilies, sliced and chopped
  • Coriander leaves, for garnish

Directions

    Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion until light brown.

    Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste.

    Cover and cook on a slow fire until vegetables are done.

    Garnish and serve hot.
