  • 2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. green onion slices
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (6 to 7 oz.) can minced crabmeat, well drained

Directions

    Combine cheeses, bacon and onion. Mix together beaten eggs and milk, then add to the cheese mixture. Mix lightly and pour into greased 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Serve on stone ground crackers or small slices of rye bread.
