- 1 1/2 pt. vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 6 crushed gingersnap cookies
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
- 1 banana
Directions

1Soften yogurt in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Combine dates, pecans, gingersnaps, coconut and maple syrup.

2Mix well. Fill pie crust with half the yogurt. Slice banana and arrange evenly over yogurt.

3Spread date mixture over banana. Top with remaining yogurt.

4Freeze until ready to serve (at least 2 hours).
