- 2 pounds Hamburger
- 1 whole Onion, Small, Chopped
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10.75 Oz)
- 1 pound Processed Cheese Food, Cut Into Cubes
- 1 jar Jalapenos 10 Oz Or Smaller (To Taste, Don't Use The Whole Jar)

1This recipe is best if made the night before to allow the flavors to marry in the refrigerator overnight.

2Place lean ground beef and onion in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat.

3Cook until beef is evenly brown and onion is soft.

4Drain and turn heat to medium low.

5Pour in condensed cream of mushroom soup.

6Mix in processed cheese food and desired amount of jalapeno peppers.

7Cook and stir until all ingredients are well blended, about 10 minutes.

8Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl.

9Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.

10Reheat the mixture in a slow cooker, mixing in about 1 tablespoon of water to thin if necessary, before serving.
