  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Amaretto
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Grease and flour Bundt pan.

    Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients until light and fluffy; pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until tested done.

    Cool and invert.

    Prick top with toothpick many, many times.
