- 1 lb. apricots (3 c.)
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 4 c. water
- 8 c. sugar
Directions

1Cut apricots into small pieces.

2Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Cook 15 minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

4Boil rapidly, stirring often, until syrup is thick.

5Ladle at once in hot jars.

6Top with a layer of melted paraffin.
