  • 1 lb. apricots (3 c.)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 4 c. water
  • 8 c. sugar

Directions

    Cut apricots into small pieces.

    Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring often. Cook 15 minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

    Boil rapidly, stirring often, until syrup is thick.

    Ladle at once in hot jars.

    Top with a layer of melted paraffin.
