  • 3 small cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 tub cottage cheese
  • 2 tubs Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 small pkg. pecan nuts, chopped

Directions

    Combine in bowl the pineapple, pistachio pudding and cottage cheese; mix well.

    Add pecans and Cool Whip; stir well.

    Pour in salad bowl and refrigerate 1 hour minimum; overnight for best results.
