  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 8 oz. Cool Whip

    Beat first 4 ingredients 2 or 3 minutes.

    Fold in (with beater on fold) mandarin oranges with juice.

    Bake in 9x13-inch pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
