  • 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (4 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1/3 c. toasted, flaked coconut
  • orange slices (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Prepare and bake cake in a 13 x 9-inch pan according to package directions.

    Cool.

    With a knife, poke holes about 1-inch apart in cake all the way through to the bottom. Combine sweetened condensed milk, juice concentrate and rind.

    Mix well.

    Spoon mixture into each hole in the cake.

    Spread remaining mixture evenly over the top of cake.

    Chill at least 1 hour. Spread whipped topping over the cake.

    Garnish with flaked coconut and orange slices, if you like.
