  • 2 medium oranges, peeled
  • 1 (17 ounce) canwhole purple plums
  • 1 (13 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 12 teaspoon rum
  • 14 cup flaked coconut
  • 12 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

    Section oranges, and cut plums in 1/2.

    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.

    Combine fruit and oranges.

    Heat syrup, brown sugar and orange zest till sugar dissolves.

    Stir in rum.

    Pour over friut.

    Stir; and chill.

    Garnish with coconut.
