- 2 medium oranges, peeled
- 1 (17 ounce) canwhole purple plums
- 1 (13 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon rum
- 14 cup flaked coconut
- 12 teaspoon orange zest
Directions

1Section oranges, and cut plums in 1/2.

2Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.

3Combine fruit and oranges.

4Heat syrup, brown sugar and orange zest till sugar dissolves.

5Stir in rum.

6Pour over friut.
