- 1 medium cantaloupe, pulp of
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 34 cup sugar (for each 1 cup of fruit)
Directions

1Chop all ingredients fine.

3Combine all with 3/4 cup sugar for every 1 cup of fruit.

5Next morning, gently cook mixture 1 hour, stirring frequently.
