  • 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Combine all ingredients down to cloves on low speed of mixer, then on high until well blended.

    Stir in nuts and raisins.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
