Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 large pepper)
- onion, chopped (about 1/2 large)
- 2 cans tomatoes (1 large, approximately 24 oz. and 1 small 16 oz.)
- 1 can mushrooms (4 oz.)
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti noodles, cooked
Directions

1Saute bacon, green pepper, onion and mushrooms 5 minutes.

2Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes (break up).

3Combine with spaghetti.

4Pour into large baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

5Top with cheese, if desired.
