- thin sliced sirloin
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- fried bacon slices (1 per rouladen)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 1 can golden mushroom soup (optional)
Directions

1Lightly beat meat slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread with mustard.

2Prepare Stove Top according to package and put 1 tablespoon on each rouladen slice.

3Add 1 bacon slice and roll up meat, beginning with the most narrow part.

4Secure with wooden picks or SS roasting spears.

5Dust or roll in flour and brown in hot oil, turning often.

6Remove from pan and prepare gravy (homemade or canned mix).

7Return Rouladen into gravy and simmer 1 hour, turning once.
