Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 2 lb chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 large potatoe, quartered
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced in cubes
- 8 oz tomatoe sauce
- 4 pieces medium hotdogs, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 pieces dried bay leaves
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 12 pieces olives
Directions

1Put cooking oil in a casserole with a moderate heat.

2Fry the chicken until the color becomes brown.

3Remove the chicken from the cooking casserole.

4Saute garlic and onions on the same cooking casserole.

5Put the pan-fried chicken and cook for a minute or two.

6Mix the tomatoe sauce.

7Let it boil for five minutes.

8Add chicken stock and bay leaves.

9Simmer for 10 minutes.

10Add the potatoes, carrots and bell pepper then let it boil for 15 minutes or until the vegetables becomes soft.

11Combine the sliced hotdogs, salt, sugar and ground pepper then cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

12Served with steamed rice.
