  • 300 grams any freshwater fish
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

    Heat oil in a large saucepan.

    Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on either side or until light golden brown and crispy.

    Remove the pan from heat.

    Remove the fish from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

    Serve best with hot white rice.
