- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Directions

1Heat oil in a large saucepan.

2Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on either side or until light golden brown and crispy.

3Remove the pan from heat.

4Remove the fish from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

5Serve best with hot white rice.
